Meet Debbie

I believe people desire and deserve a real estate experience that leaves them pleased with the results and happy about their choice of a broker. My goal is to be the broker for you who will serve you with the upmost care, respect and professionalism. Home buying, selling, relocating, or finding investment property is an important milestone and I would love to assist you through the process! 

I have over 30 years of customer service experience, many of which have been in the construction and home building industry. While working for a national home builder, I worked in various departments, including Customer Service, Area Recruiting Development, and Sales & Escrow. I was also part of a construction and land development company, which included the acquiring of vacant land, taking it through the approval processes for a new subdivision and ending with improved custom lots for sale.

I am energetic, friendly and detail oriented. I hold honesty, integrity, and trust as my core values. I will listen to your hopes and needs and make it my priority to be responsive to your questions and keep the pipeline of communication flowing. My designations include SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), and a NAR Green Designee (Resource Efficient Homes).

I am proud to be named in the International Sterling Society of Coldwell Banker for several years. I feel very fortunate to be a part of the Coldwell Banker family as we have strong professional support with continuing education and a great team of folks committed to serve our clients well. Being local and global has given us a great reputation for excellence in the real estate world. I am part of our national Relocation team, as well as work with Veterans and their families as they reach their real estate dreams and goals. 

On a more personal note, I enjoy volunteering locally with Special Olympics for their annual golf tournament, Habitat for Humanity, and the Pink Lemonade Project (cancer patients & survivors). When I'm not working, I love traveling to visit my children and grandchilden, reading, gardening, golfing, and walking for exercise.
